i woke up and got ready for school this morning . when i got to school my first period teacher began to explain the story . saturday night three of our classmates were in an accident . the driver died , one passenger has major injuries , and the other is fine .
my friends and i were told by our friends mom to come see her at shands , well we left to go at around 9:30 but we got there at like 11:30 . as you can see it took two hours to get there rofl , we had a few pit stops along the way along with the dramatic weather .
when we arrived it was pouring so we had to run across a parking lot and road with balloons cards and flowers lol . when we got to our friends room we were really scared / nervous . after the visit we went to the gift shop and bought her a beanie . on the way back the nurse asked if we want to draw her photos .
we all went to this castle room full of arts and crafts along with toys . we made her some arrts and crafts for a good hour or so . after we were finished we went and hung them on the wall in her rooom . she was up and able to talk at that point , i made her a mc dees sign and she giggled .
she was respondent and alert , her dad was also talkative too . when we were done at shands we went to mc dees for the famous 50 nuggets for 10$ , as you could of guessed we all bought some chicken nuggets and had a good chat with plenty of laughs .
on our way back ofcourse we got lost lol , but i managed to get us on the right track while the rest of the passanges that were with us didnt even realise we were ever lost . haha . anyway when we got home we rethanked god for keeping us safe and for keeping our friend alive .
